I have the Intel card. It seems to work well enough for me in different hotels. If it works ok is it going to be an improvement if I get a different card?

When I leave a DVD in my drive and restart Windows it won't reboot but when I leave the drive empty it will. Does anyone know why? Could this be the problem? There are three DVD-rom SCSI devices. I tried to uninstall 2 of them but...
