It is several months later and I still can't find an aftermarket power-supply manufacturer that has a power tip for the Sentia. Can ANYONE help me.

Yes...I have it now. Great machine - but I'd still love to get the extra $100.

I did call - and the guy said I couldn't have it.

There was a rebate increase of $100 USD between when I ordered and my machine shipped - but unlike the previous posters I didn't get it. Is there perhaps someone I should contact on this?
