A "refurbished" 7800GTX costs 770 bucks from Dell Spare parts. The CPU and GPU fans are 50 and 55 bucks, respectively. My 7800GTX just started to overheat recently - 80-100C+ under load, never under 50C at idle/low...

I'm still happy with my XPS Gen 2. Sure there's one dead pixel in an out-of-the-way position, but it's been a tank thus far. *knocks on wood* This laptop will perform as a decent DTR for the next decade. It might not run games coming...

Pinnacle now has their PCTV HD Ultimate stick, which is so much better than the original version it makes me sad. =/
