The current iBooks will decrease in price to around $800 perhaps, but not the new MacBooks with Intel processors. It is the presence of those that will force down the prices, they won't be the models competing as budget machines.

It's better than Intel integrated graphics if it has dedicated RAM. It's still better performance-wise, but you won't see any improvement unless it has dedicated RAM to take the load off your system RAM to some extent.
