I had exactly the same experience with my 8887

well maybe an average 65 amp car battery or even a second more powerfull one that is line hooked up to the elect. system just give me a ballpark number

can anybody tell how much time it takes for an 8887 or 8890 to drain a car battery whith the dc car adapter ?

well I asked sager and they still offer 8887 to 8890 ' upgrade '
