How can you know which processes in task manager to disable/stop to maximize performance. I have like 35 processes running at any one time i open my task manager.

i added a 1 gig stick of memory to my system (total 1.5gig) and bf2 runs better however........ my fps on my cs source stress test went from 70 fps to fricken 32 fps with the same EXACT settings....???????? WTF is going on?
