If I were you I'd buy an external USB floppy disk drive, or borrow one. They're not expensive and may help in the future.

The one you specified seemed to play fine on my laptop. No idea what FPS it was going at though. I have the 3438 with 1.73GHz btw.
However, as ShandyUK said, in a RAID 0 configuration, if you remove one drive, or lose it in some way, you lose the contents of both drives. Not good. However, you can still back everything up as normal, of course. I'd still recommend...
