Once in a while when my lappy is idling the screen sort of blinks.... also when i plug in my charger sometimes the screen stops working 0.o

how do you use the restore point? do you need a special program to use it?

i dont have a camera so i cant post a pic or anything just make sure the pins are all the way in make sure the tabs that are holding the ram are straight not crooked in any way im almost 100% sure its because of the ram not being seated...

samething happened to me today... RAM wasnt seated all the way.... you have to kinda push it in all the way... may seem like its going to break but keep pushing and pulling till both sides get seated you know when its seated when the...

you should get his agent number.... that way you have record that you talked to someone. my girlfriend did that to order her driver and windoze cd and she was treated like a queen after shes ased for the magical agent number....
