Yep, you don't have to pay. The only reason Dell does that is for tracking purposes. My rep even told me to ignore any billing information on the CD's. I recently got my CC bill and there was no mention of the CD's. Just the lappy order.
If the coupon is for Home/SB then it will not stack. Dell does however have EPP coupons for $750 off $1499. They had one recently acually. If you really want that deal, then you'll have to wait.
