Uhhhh... assuming that your not trying a cracked serial it should work. I installed Diskeeper and it worked beautifully.

They're NOT charging for them. You will get an invoice for it for tracking purposes but the person I talked to said to ignore the charges and that they won't be charged to my credit card.
