Get yourself a 100Gb 7,200rpm internal drive and then fit your internal 60gb to a 2.5" USB2.0 enclosure. Should keep you going for a while plus you'll also notice improved loading speeds going to the 7,200rpm.
I always partition my hard drive in to two sections. I have a C: drive for the Operating System and a D: drive for Data/Games. It's good to keep the OS seperate from your data. After I've set my machine up I boot from the BartPE...
