I have played the Sims 2, Grand Theft Auto, NHL 2005 and FIFA 2004 and they all play fine.

Comparing the two choices, the only reason I would get the I6000D is if you need it for portable. You get a better video card, larger hard drive and a three year extended warranty for $250 more. I think it's worth it.
