Same problem here. I run Vista x64 on Acer Ferrari 4005, BIOS 3A27 (also had this problem with 3A23). When going to sleep, the laptop dies with its fan and LEDs on. Was anyone able to solve this issue?
flypig687, 1) Corporate license. 2) Clean install, reformatted 100% of the hard drive as single NTFS partition. I do not think upgrade is possible (or necessary). Of course, you may have a dual boot system if you want.
cmlevy, 1) No, it's a standard Win x64 Pro. 2) No noticable difference. Win x64 Pro has improved quite a bit comparing to what it was half a year ago. 3) It's great.
