Its still going to be months. We're going to see lower level dx10 parts in notebooks relatively soon though, but we're going to have to wait for the high end. And I wouldnt count on it fitting in to current notebooks.
If you have more than a gig of ram than the harddrive just wont be used.
I dont know to much about it, but I dont think the cingular card is internal. And I know you can certainly get an external card, monthly fee is pretty expensive though.
