FYI, you don't need a "special OC'ing" mobo.
first, you need a 915 chipset and then you need a Dothan, 400MHz bus CPU. it will OC the CPU because it sets the FSB to 533MHz getting you into the 2GHz+ range.
you mobo cannot do...
