Well you can save $37.99, by getting rid of the Floppy Drive and the Soundcard.
3.5" Disks are pretty much obsolete now, plus the Motherboard you've noted has an integrated sound card, so you wont need the SoundBlaster.

What will happen (I think) is that when the PC signal is output to your TV, you will get 3 vertical lines of pixels either side of the image....
