I called DELL technical support after my computer stop working and went through as below:
1. A/C adapter connected to computer without battery, then press power on switch for 10+ seconds -------nothing happen
2. with battery only...
I ordered my D610 on 6/20 around 4pm. It went into in production next day and shipped on 6/23 around 7am. I received it on June 30 around 10am by ground delivery. Oh, I lived in BC, Canada.
Anyone can help me about what to do about my brand new latitude which die in 3 days after received it. Should I retun it for refund or should I call DELL for repair. My Latitude D610 has spec as below:
