What everyone above is saying is true that each processor varies so you should only use this as a guideline and do the testing yourself. I have mine set at .7v for multiplier 6 and 1.1v for 15.
Id say the new macbook is great for a non hardcore gamer, great apple qaulity and specs. The dell e1705 looks like a great value. If you want a high end gpu and can afford 1 go with the dell m1710.
This has been done many times with lots of threads if you search. Just like Ericko said, take the clock speed and times it by anywhere from 1.5 to 1.8 depending on who you ask and get a ruff estimate. So a 2 ghz PM is ~ a 3.4 P4
