Since Dell doesn't do pre-orders like Sony for example, it's possible that they won't make an announcement until they have product ready to be shipped. So we may not hear anything from them until later this month or even next month....
I definitely recommend the orange box, it should work ok with your graphics card, which I might add is too weak for many games that came out in the last couple of years. You need at the very least a Nvidia 8600M GT/9600M GT or ATI HD...

Anyone planning to buy a new notebook right now might want to play it safe by waiting for the 9600M GT or get a notebook with a ATI card.
A refresh is expected this summer with Centrino 2 being released this month. Another thing which may expedite the XPS refresh could be the recent announcement by Nvidia that a "significant" number of previous-gen video cards...
Nvidia can't get those die-shrink 9 series cards out soon enough. Companies like Dell & Sony should halt shipments of any notebooks with these defective 8 series cards until 9 series cards or ATI cards are available to replace them.
Just something to think about before you pull the trigger, the successors to the 1330/1530 will probably be introduced this summer, but if you get a good deal on the current models, go for it since the new XPS models will cost more at...
