Yeah, it was a teaser that also gave away that nVIDIA was releasing the 8800M GTX before the official announcement from what I remember. Still waiting here... Was almost tempted with going for the new Dell with $600 off with identical...

Anyone else hear about the Air being pushed back a week for delivery? I literally just spoke to a rep on the phone who said the preorders are now going to be shipped out on Feb. 7 (a week after most sites have said they'd be available)....

Anyone wonder whether the current "Free SLi Upgrade" offer going on at AW right now is meant to clear out the m9750s before preorders begin for the m17x?

That's what they say, but then that it won't ship until January 31st... I guess those of you out there better get on board now if this is the one you want. As for me, I'm waiting for the m17x.

If only they also offer pre-orders for the m17x tomorrow. The size of the m15x is nice, but I want the raw power of 8800m GTX SLi and REAL dual drive configs. This is gonna replace my Sager 9750 after all.

Maybe they could release it earlier with the second card disabled until the new drivers come out next month (I know Sager has done that before) for all of us impatient about it...

Well, this reminds me of all of us waiting for the notebooks to be officially unleashed months ago, only to have it pushed back until January. On AW's website, it does say that the live demo of the m15x is going to be tomorrow...

I dunno. I've wanted a blue chassis, but I think that silver demo looks pretty slick. Then again, I may go down the path of the black case (like cars, black never gets old). Decisions, decisions...
