it's likely a bad connection or something to the LCD; either way, they'll take care of you - have you contacted your reseller to let them know? Quite often, they are good at expediting issues on your behalf. -myrkat
It asks if you want to REPAIR or REINSTALL - choose reinstall, and then format the HD's, etc. Tons of info on this everywhere (Google is your friend). -myrkat

It could also be that AOL is re-instating the registry startup stuff each time AOL is run, thus removing it may not solve the prob... Let us know if the registry fix removes it, or if it starts showing up again. -myrkat
