it's likely a bad connection or something to the LCD; either way, they'll take care of you - have you contacted your reseller to let them know? Quite often, they are good at expediting issues on your behalf.
A better link would be this: StrokeIt - I have not tried it, so cannot comment on it. I'm a keyboarder, anyways, so a CTRL-W is much quicker than a right-click + drawing a "C"
However, there may be others who find this free...
It could also be that AOL is re-instating the registry startup stuff each time AOL is run, thus removing it may not solve the prob...
Let us know if the registry fix removes it, or if it starts showing up again.
