I didn't even have to lie. I just told them the paint was wearing off and they sent me a new one. I think the replacement one is starting to wear off too, haha. Anyway, I'm thinking of doing a custom paint job.

Do you have spyware removal software? Try clearing cache/cookies and resetting Internet Options in Control Panel.
