i second that, 8800GTS 512 (G92). A hair behind the Ultra but a hair ahead of the GTX.

lol. i took it off the front but I know as soon as I remove the sides that I am going to end up scratching the hell out of it. I'll probably man-up soon.

thanks! with the fans on low or medium you can barely hear it...on high they are a bit more noticeable. All of mine are on medium except for an extra antec fan I through(temp) in thats not adjustable so its a hair noisy.

Spend the extra bones and get the asus P5E motherboard that sports the newer x38 chipset. The 8800gts 512 has already been proven to be as fast if not faster then the GTX and only a hair behind the ultra. Its also DX10 and PCI-e 2.0...
