This laptop comes with a Athlon 1800 XP, XP-M cpu. I would assume that it would be a normal 462 socket A board right, and can i upgrade as far as the 266MhZ bus speed will go say to a 2200+......Thanks muchly
I had a ZT 1170 with the very same problem. The solder on the socket of the AC plug in at the back of the laptop off the MB came loose, real easy fix, get a small soldering gun and weld that sucker back down, sold it to a friend 3 yrs...
make sure it is the right adapter for your laptop, i have many adapters that will fit into other laptops, but the voltage maybe different, ie. input-output. I can run one laptop with one kind of adapter, but the battery will not charge...
