Has anyone tried to use a USB pendrive or USB external drive to boot an OS on a ferrari 4000?
I'm considering buying a 1gb stick and sticking linux on it so i can do some stuff without reformatting etc.

any1 else had this problem, i been gaming on WoW for some time and then suddently the sound goes all crackly... its really strange. This time i turned off sound in WoW and put media player on and after a while (a while being hours) it...
use the cd's that came with the laptop.... although if you have removed the partitions then i dont know.... maybe get sum1 2 send you their dvd?

I'm getting a ferrari very soon and i'll be wanting to stick good ol' linux on for uni. Now this isnt untill september but still .
Just want to ask, what do you recommend to use with the ferrari, i'm hardly any good with linux...
