No, it doesn't. Dell should even have a how-to article somewhere on their site.
But the Kingston would save you $100 and installing RAM is painfully easy. Its up to you and how much you want to spend.
Buy either the Kingston or the Transcend. They are equal in my opinion.
Wow!!! Those are sweet, but they border on pricey.
