It has 64MB on board, the other 192MB comes from RAM when needed.

Did you order it with the AV package? If so it was backordered. Mine just went through to Testing today.

I ordered on Saturday and still haven't received order confirmation.

Depends on the headset... mine has an external DSP processor that eliminates the overhead so raw data is just sent to that and processed...

That wiring job is hideous bro.

It looks great for what it is and is a ton of fun.
