Ontrack Disk Manager (2 DOS Disks) have an XBIOS driver to translate between BIOS that don't see over the 128GB limit. Use also later the Win version too to get the WIn reg settings right. Works. Current versions: DOS 10.46 + Win 5.06
re: HD Upgrade ... Anybody out there with 120GB or 160GB harddisk inside this machine? I have tried 160 GB Samsung (HM160JC), but it looks like the BIOS ends at 128GB. Have used both 1.05 and 2.04 BIOS. Any experiences appreciated...

According to the specs found here, http://fab51.com/cpu/guide/opn-s754-e.html the MT's need a different voltage (1.20) as the ML's (1.35). I don't know if the BIOS or motherboard automatically switches to the correct voltage according...
Haven't found any way to change it yet. Just a minor update for now. The Eurobooks BIOS v1.05 seems to be similar to the Medion BIOS, it also set IDE to DMA 5 and show again a burst speed with HDTach of ~90 MB/s.
