Hey all, I was thinking of getting a 19" external monitor for my lappy with a Radeon Mobility 9700, but I'm not sure (and couldn't find on ATI's site) what the max resolution that this card can drive on an external monitor...

THe headphone port on my CL56 broke, so I got a Turtle Beach Audio Advantage - very happy with it, it does optical out and can do hardware mixing.
Maybe System Restore is taking up all that space - I'm not sure if the Restore folder shows up in Explorer, even with "Show Hidden Files" enabled. If you have it enabled and want to clear up some space, right click on the drive...
Have you tried Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced? There's options like, "When I close the lid..." and then a list of choices.
