Saw the V3000 and DV2000 at Staples. Grease and finger prints does show up on the glossy finish when the light reflects on it at a certain angle. But unlike the finish on products such as the iPod nano, it doesn't appear to scratch...
Er... No, I'm only angry at that particular model. Sure HP has slightly pricier cartridges, but I feel that the prices for my 56/57 (which was my reference point) is pretty reasonable. Besides, I've been using HP printers for 13 years...
It's a good notebook if you don't do any heavy gaming, or plan to move it around much. Otherwise, you might want to get something else if you play Doom 3, Quake 4, and all those next-gen games. Or if you plan on traveling alot. Best...

3dmarks are lower because the x1600 is underclocked? as for pricing, could it reflect intel's new reduction in the cost of their core duo?
