seems like you have spent too much time on this thing. If they are going to fix it then why don't you just send it out to them. It will probably get fixed quicker than you trying to mess with it.

try the drivers off my site. Use the ones under recovery disk heading. http://blackimperial.com/home/?page_id=13 let me know if those work with out an error

I second the windows default. they seem to work much better as the scrolling goes wack with the drivers.
