I don't think your laptop is still under warranty, but if it still is you should call Sony, they will send a box to your house with a prepaid return label, all for free.

Hi! I have not checked other F21/F22 since I just saw the video a few seconds ago, but I can tell you that I have seen such behaviour in several models, including my own EA, so my guess is that such tolerance is normal.

I have access to lots of F21 and F22, if you could upload a video to better explain the issue I could verify against other units.
