What would be a critical temperature while playing a game? Also, is there a way to speed up my fan's RPM? Like make it run fast even when I'm running at 800mhz?

Then what kind of cooling pads are good? Is it just my laptop or everyone else's laptop get hot like 90 degrees when playing an MMORPG?
