That's interesting. My notebook does 1M in 23s as well. So the 4MB cache helps to overcome the notebooks weeknesses. I assume you have faster memory than 266MHz 4-4-4-12
I looks quite OK I'd say. My T7400 runs 2M Test in 59.5s ... but it's higher clocked, it's a merom and I use dualchannel memory. So your score looks correct.
