That's normal for Bioshock and Unreal Tournament 3, it's an issue with the Unreal 3 Engine, both games use it. As for Crysis, i'm guessing that happens because it's still beta, I also get the same slow loading textures.
I don't know if this works, but has any 9750 owner tried using the newest nvapps.xml with the drivers from Alienware? At least that way you may be able to use both cards to play the newest games without having to manually create the SLI...
