if i use a mouse it still skips across the screen. And the rebooting problem is starting to tick me off.

i have an HP (pavilion ze4610) and bought a battery off ebay. it wont boot and will shut off at the same exact spot. Battery shows 72% charge. the laptop shows charge but will not go higher. just stays there at the same percentage.

ze4610us with a pcmcia wireless card but i want to install a mini PCI wireless card which it didnt come with one. After opening the mini pci door on the bottom i think it already has the antennas. There are some gray wires there running...
