Best Buy Loses Laptop I forgot all about the issue of identity theft when you lose your laptop. Also is the geek squad that busy that it takes 2 to 6 weeks to fix a laptop? Anyway hopefully this will make them change there ways.

If you put in your service tag number at the dell support site it will bring up the drivers you need to get your ethernet working.

Did you try downloading that version of Elock that they had on the support site? If that doesnt help I would say you might have to get another burning software program like Nero or Easy CD Creator.
