This is weird because the chip says, 740 SL7VA, 1.73/2M/533 on it, which is the sonoma chip correct?

yes and yes.. i upgraded ati drivers and i got one extra frame, i put omega drivers on, i think i have a problem with drivers

Ok, reinstalled the drivers, rebooted, plugged the AC adapter in, have it set to super performance, and still getting 1-4 fps

yeah system properties says 1.73ghz, maybe its ati drivers? everything was installed b4 SP2 was installed

Could it be the video drivers? or something with the drivers, all the drivers were installed with the cd i received from asus
