If they can't "fix" your broken laptop, they will replace it with the next best thing. In your case, probably a M1730.

Lol it was a replacement per my complete care warranty. I had an M1710 with a T7200, 2 gigs ram, 120 gb hd and a 7950gtx. They ended up replaceing with another M1710 with a T7600G, 4 gigs ram, 200gb 7.2 rpm hd, bluetooth and a 7950...
