Tried it, hated it. Seemed to make the cpu hotter as it blocked the intake fan at the bottom of my notebook...I got my first shutdown warning from NHC while I was using this pad.

Where was the policy posted?

I wish I could consider that reseller because of their price, but seeing how their warranty policy isn't listed for ODM's, I can't take that risk.
