I'm surprised nobody has suggested you clean your fans out yet. When I did that, my temps went WAYYYY down.

If you reformat again, make sure you're deleting your partitions and creating new. Start fresh from a clean install. It sounds like you were having some serious issues simply because you didn't reformat correctly the first time.

I play WoW exclusively on wireless and I have no issues. Occasionally, the connection will drop but that's roughly once every two weeks and it's back up again.
