I think it's called Dell Media Direct. I don't seem to have it installed so I can't say how it works but that's it's name. Might be on a disc you received with it?

I don't think there is a way to stop the networks from going to that list, unfortunately. I wish there was. It seems as soon as you connect once, it does it automatically from then on until you change it manually.
