I've also encountered the wireless switch problem. It was fixed when i upgraded BIOS to 1.60, but then returned when i had to use the winxp system restore. Upgraded to 1.70 and now it's ok again....
as for the m70, it's a decent looking...

I had something similar happen. I was using BIOS 1.60 and it fixed the problem... then later, I uninstalled a program, and then the wireless went off again. so i flashed to 1.70, and now it works fine again.
