I personally think that the S5A was a bit too expensive considering that you could get a Z33a with equivalent or better specs for less. Nevertheless, the S5A is an excellent notebook if you travel alot. The white finish is gorgeous.

8 lbs. is definately too heavy for travelling. It's pretty average for a desktop replacement notebook (ie. notebooks that stay on your desk for a while). I would reccommend a 5 lbs - 6.25 lbs notebook for your needs.
