At work, we found DHL to be less reliable in general than UPS or Fedex (we now use Fedex exclusively); they caused a lot of delays to our shipments and a lot of hassles to our staff from our buyers
AFAIK, Dell has almost never shipped with image/restore CD - only reinstallation/setup CD.

Try clicking the [ Update Driver ] button on the Properties | Driver tab and look for Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
