my 4750 has the same problem, as do many others. expect the crack to happen on the left side too over time. one helpfull tip thats been going around is to put some crazyclue right on top of the crack the clue will seap into...

let me ask this, my machine is in standby mode. I have it set to go into hibernate after 2 hours. Will it wake from stand by and go into hibernate? because it dosent.

left overnight with battery only, %100, in the the morning its like %85 battery.

Yes me too, very wierd. I plug in my 5gig seagate usb key and the temps go way up. Just about the same as discribed above. very odd.

As a 4750 owner with a Athlon 64 3400+ would the Sempron 3300+ give me any kind of advantage battery wise? Im assuming the power would be about the same.
