My current settings are 450 / 1200...has anyone gone higher with consistent stability?? I am new at this OC's stuff and a little shaky with it!

I just downloaded Rivstuner and it is showing my "performance 3d " clock speed at 454/1064...is this possible?

Some of my web pages are only half of the screen. Anyone know how to remedy this? That is of course, without changing the resolution. Thanks.
