AGP is both an electrical interface and a connector specification. In the case of notebooks, AGP only refers to the interface, sans the connector. Hence, it can be both AGP and soldered.

What about the Toshiba Terca M4? I am seriously looking into that, also for carrying around while studying. It seems a tablet PC would be immensely useful for note-taking and with its GeForce Go 6600 video card, it should be sufficient...
