i got my two 1GB 533mhz ddr2 sodimms from www.ncix.com and i live in ontario. at the time the OCZ sticks were $103 each and shipping was $10 for both. NCIX only charges GST if you don't live in Vancouver, so that's a good thing.

i can only use 343/746 and be fully 100% stable. anything higher and ATI Tool artifact scanner won't run for two hours without a single artifact on highest sensitivity scan. with a little more voltage maybe that 100% stable point can go...
