You need to undervolt it and if you haven't already applied AS5 to the card, then do that. There are undervolted bioses out there but of course you will have to drop your clock a bit. I think the same place that the hacked bioses came...

I am happy with dell and the few problems I had with them were fixed quickly.

You can replace that processor with a monkey. They are great fun, but difficult to potty train.
